The format is as follows: Author, A. If the article was retrieved online, end the citation with the words «Retrieved from» followed by the web address. Start with the author’s name, followed by the publication year, the title of the book in italics, the location of the publisher, and finally the name of the publisher. If the title is more than one word long and doesn’t contain any proper nouns, only the first word should be capitalized.

Only the first letter of any subtitle should be capitalized as well. Include the author’s name, the complete date, the title of the web page, and the words «retrieved from» followed by the web address. If no author is available, just start with the title.
